Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Each rhinestone hat is handmade with love and crafted just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with the sizing or you want to exchange for a different hat, we are happy to offer a free exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at Sierra@duckduckglue.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Repairs
If any rhinestones fall off your hat, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! We offer free rhinestone repairs for all our hats. Simply reach out to us at Sierra@duckduckglue.com and we’ll provide instructions for sending your item in for repair.
